If you don't mind a few suggestions, it looks like you have some focus problems from using a slow shutter speed. So when taking shots in such low light, steady the camera against something solid to reduce the camer-shake from using a low shutter speed. I use to use small boxes to rest the camera on.

And to get a better focus, turn on a bright light to focus on the fig, then tun off the light before taking the picture.

And if you're using a normal point-and-shoot digital there should be a low light setting(it's generally accompanied by a moon icon). Put your camera on that setting.
